Sezonic. is operated by Mihaita Ticarau. For privacy questions or requests concerning your personal data, contact Contact@sezonic.com. This policy covers the Sezonic. website and installed web app.
Data you provide
We process your account email, authentication information and optional user name; language, timezone, theme, accent and notification preferences; followed shows, personal show settings, episode watch records and associated timestamps. Your timezone may be detected from your device. If you use Google or Apple sign-in, that provider also processes your sign-in under its own policy.
Why we use it
Account and viewing data let us provide your tracker, sync progress across devices and remember your choices. Where GDPR applies, processing necessary to provide the service is based on performance of our agreement with you; proportionate security, abuse prevention and support may rely on legitimate interests; legally required processing relies on legal obligations. Optional communications or processing requiring consent use your consent, which you may withdraw without affecting earlier lawful processing. Notification settings record your choices; they do not guarantee delivery of a particular notification.
Services and external requests
Lovable Cloud provides the app’s hosting, account and database services. Catalog requests use TVmaze; status verification also uses Wikidata and TheTVDB. Catalog lookups send show or actor identifiers and search terms, not your complete private library or watch history. Images may load from provider servers and fonts from Google Fonts; these requests disclose technical connection data such as your IP address and browser information to the receiving service. Hosting and diagnostics services may process request information, page visits, browser/device details and errors for operation, analytics and troubleshooting. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your data, including international transfers where applicable.
AI-assisted descriptions
When a translated description is needed, the original catalog title and description, plus the requested language in the translation instructions, are sent through Lovable’s AI Gateway to an AI model provider. The translation request does not include your account email, user name or watch history. Translations are cached for reuse and can contain mistakes. Titles remain in their original catalog language; episode descriptions stay hidden until you reveal them.
Storage on your device
Browser storage keeps authentication/session information, remember-me and activity markers, appearance preferences and temporary navigation/filter choices. With Remember me enabled, the app asks you to sign in again after two weeks of inactivity. This local sign-in rule is not a deletion or retention period for your account data. Clearing browser storage may sign you out or reset local preferences, but does not delete your cloud account. You can sign out in Settings and change optional notification choices there.
Retention and your rights
Your saved account and tracking records support your ongoing use until you remove them or request account deletion. Deletion removes the account and its associated personal tracking data from the active service; operational logs, backups or records subject to legal obligations may have separate retention arrangements. Contact us for applicable details; we do not promise instant removal from every backup. Where applicable law provides them, you may request access, correction, erasure, portability or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request. Settings provides visible account-data exports and a separate show export.
Age and policy changes
Sezonic. is intended for people aged 16 and over, not directed at children under 16. If you believe a younger child has provided personal data, contact us. We may update this policy as the service changes; the update date appears above. For material changes affecting your choices or rights, we will provide an appropriate notice.
